Growth Isn't Your Problem Right Now

Q1 is wrapping up.

And for a lot of leaders, there’s a quiet realization setting in:

Growth is happening…
But it doesn’t feel as clean—or as easy—as it should.

Teams are a little stretched.
Decisions are taking longer than they used to or should!
And the same issues keep making a reappearance (uninvited, of course).

This is usually the point where leadership—not strategy—becomes the constraint.  When growth starts to feel heavier than it should.

The good news?
Most leaders don’t need a full overhaul.

They just need to stop carrying a few things they were never meant to carry this long.

Before Q2 starts, ask yourself:
What’s actually slowing us down right now—strategy, or leadership capacity?

This is exactly the work I do with founders and leadership teams when growth starts to strain the system. Most leaders wait too long to address this-until it starts costing them in time, energy and momentum.

If you’re heading into Q2 knowing something needs to shift, let’s talk.

P.S. I’m opening a small June group coaching cohort (8 leaders max) for those who want to grow their leadership without carrying it alone. If you’ve been feeling the stretch of growth lately, this is a strong place to do the work.

 The Codavision View

I was working with a leader recently whose company was growing fast—but everything still ran through her.

She was involved in most decisions.
Her team kept coming back to her—individually and in meetings.
And the biggest tell? She was exhausted and starting to feel resentful.

She couldn’t see how they would reach their goals operating this way.

So we didn’t overhaul the business, processes, or team.

We focused on:

*one key conversation she had been avoiding

*a handful of decisions she needed to let her team own

*and creating a rhythm for her to think clearly each week instead of constantly reacting.

Within a month, things were moving faster.
She felt lighter.
And the team was operating with far less pressure—while staying on track for their growth goals.

That’s usually how this work goes.

Not more complexity—just clearer leadership in the places it matters most.
