A comprehensive leadership development journey blending interactive workshops, personalized coaching, and leadership cohort sessions. Leaders deepen their understanding of strengths, apply the Leader as Coach approach, and practice communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills.

TRANSFORM: Strengths Culture Accelerator    

12-18 month partnership | includes executive & team coaching, workshops, and advising

A full-scale culture and leadership development program designed to embed a coaching mindset, scale leadership capacity, and align strengths with growth goals. Build a sustainable, self-led culture of engagement through the language and practice of CliftonStrengths, Modern Leadership Coaching and Emotional Intelligence. This is a system that equips internal leaders to champion, measure and sustain culture change long after Codavision leaves the organization.

Core Components:

  • Phase I Discovery & Analysis (Months 1-3): Administer Gallup Q12, Optional 360s, Strengths Culture baseline/report/recommendations, executive debrief and roadmap.

  • Phase 2 Foundations (Months 4-6): Executive Kickoff, CliftonStrengths for Leaders, Ambassador Certification Program (2-3 leaders), Deep-dive Strengths coaching

  • Phase 3 Culture Activation (Months 7-12): Leadershift Training/Labs, Ongoing Coaching for Ambassadors, Midpoint survey

All 34 CliftonStrengths assessment + 90-minute 1:1 debrief per person
