I'm Lori Coda-Peterson, the founder of Codavision, a leadership and CliftonStrengths® coach for mission-driven leaders ready to reclaim their energy, elevate their teams, and lead with more confidence, courage, and intentionality.
I founded Codavision in 2018 with one clear and personal mission: to support leaders in leading better. We believe there is no nobler occupation than helping someone become all they are capable of becoming.
Because when leaders lead better—when they lead from alignment instead of exhaustion—productivity and fulfillment soar.
